My Story
At CAROLINA'S FP REAL ESTATE, we have been helping people buy and sell properties for over 20 years. Our success is built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Cheryl grew up in Kernersville, North Carolina, a small town in “The Triad” region that includes Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and Greensboro. After spending 26 years working with executives in the fast-paced corporate world of several Fortune 500 companies, she transitioned into real estate in 2006, bringing with her a strong background in detail management and client service.
In 2007, Cheryl moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she gained valuable experience working with several local brokerages before opening her own real estate firm in 2013. Over the years, she has built a reputation for guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with care, precision, and dedication.
In addition to her expertise as a real estate broker, Cheryl is also an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator, with a special focus on helping Veterans refinance their homes. Her true passion lies in helping all of her clients achieve their real estate goals while providing unparalleled service and support.
